10 Regular tricks that can make you lose weight easily!

Well, this article gives some easy ways and tricks with which you can help yourself lose more weight and look the way you want. 😉
1. Chew your food 32 times– Proper digestion and less fat accumulation.
Yes. You read it right. Though 32 times seems a lot but Chewing your food so many times will help in proper digestion of the food. The saliva will be properly mixed with the food, so that when the food goes to the stomach and intestines for further digestion, the nutrients gets easily absorbed and the waste moves out faster. So, whenever you sit to eat keep your concentration on the food and chewing than anything else.
2. Sit crossed legs while eating – Speed up the digestion process.
In the ancient times when the people had rituals to sit on the ground crossed leg while eating the food, their digestion process was very smooth. When we sit crossed leg the blood flow of our body is towards our stomach area. This helps in proper digestion of the food while in the stomach. Also, when finished eating, keep sitting crossed leg for 5-10 minutes. It facilitates the easy digestion process.
3. Eat your last meal 2 hours before you go to bed – Easy fat burn process
That’s what we have been taught since childhood. Never ever sleep on full stomach, nothing cause more weight gain than sleeping on full stomach. The dinner should be as light as possible (like a beggar!) and you should sleep after 2 hours of eating, feeling light. It would help you get a good sleep and as you know the fat burn process is carried out when we sleep, so light stomach sleep would work easily on the fat burn.
4. Sleep on your back
So that the blood flow in your body is uniform and the work of maintenance of the body, which is done while we are asleep – is done properly. All the hard work which you put during the day time of working out would be fruitful and bear better results if you sleep on your back.
5. Use Indian toilets
Difficult to do? Well, this is the reason our grandparents were so fit during their times. When you sit in Indian toilets the blood flow id diverted towards your bowels and pressure is so applied that the waste comes out of your body easily. Also, sitting in the squat position keeps our joints strong and healthy. So, try and sit in the squatting position in the toilets. It will bring a new and better transformation in your body shape.
6. Keep yourself hydrated.
Nothing is ever possible in this world without water. 70 % of our body is made up of water and still most of us don’t value it. In simple words- drinking water helps in washing away the fat from your body. Keep yourself well hydrated. A glass or two in an hour- that’s all what is needed. Fat loss will become faster and smoother if you adapt this habit as early as possible.
7. Know your stomach.
This means that don’t overeat. If your keep your concentration on eating during meals, you would learn to understand when you are full and that would be the point you should probably stop eating. It is not when your stomach starts to pain and you feel you are done eating. It is when you feel light and still feel full. Initially, it would take time to understand when you are full- so eat in silence and alone to understand this. Make it a habit to eat according to your stomach and not your desires.
8. Be active (of course!)
This is the most cliché part. Everybody knows it and says it. Still, how many of us follow it. If you are sitting without any work, you are poisoning yourself. Keep moving. Sitting is like poisoning your body and guess what’s laying down without any reason. Of course you need to follow the above steps to keep yourself active, so have good food, good sleep, good digestion and a lot of water. Be lively every moment!
9. Feel slim.
Obviously, nothing can be achieved in this world without believing in it and without feeling it. Once you start to feel slim, you would start to become slim. You would act, see and imagine yourself as slim and that’s when you would start turning into what you actually want yourself to be. It’s all the game of thoughts and feelings, which make us what we are. So, choose your thoughts wisely!
10. Love your body
Love yourself. This is the most important thing. Once you start you love yourself and your body, you would start to do things for it and for yourself. Without self love, it is not possible to turn yourself in to a beautiful person or to achieve your goals according to your desires. So, feel the love and do good things for you. 🙂
